A great decor that looks like an entry from hgtv design star (in a good way) makes this place welcoming even when it was basically empty on a Tuesday night. The service was ok (no better), but the wine was good and well priced. What let this down by far was the food - $22 for a very poor cheese plate where every cheese was basically a generic similar taste that seems to have been chosen based on shelf life rather than taste. Needed less cheese, and better quality (same goes for meat). Flavored cheeses are not an alternative for quality cheese. Needed to be $8 or substantially better.
