This was once a really good Sonic. I'm not sure what has happened, but they just cannot get an order right! My husband ordered a banana split (and some other items) the other night. They brought him out a shake instead of the split. When he asked about it, the carhop said they couldn't make banana splits because their "ice cream was too melty." seriously?! We checked the receipt at home, and not only had they charged him for the split, they charged him for a large Dr. Pepper (which he ordered) when they gave him a medium. The shakes are supposed to be 1/2 price after 8, but you have to watch this location on the prices - we had been charged full price! I called the 800 # on the receipt to complain because it has gotten beyond ridiculous. The guy listened to my complaints, got my phone number, & thanked me for calling. I couldn't believe he didn't offer something for our troubles or the money we had been overcharged!
I still gave them a 2 because the food is usually decent (for Sonic) and the carhops are usually sweet.
