This sonic restaurant has gone through so many managers in the past year or so that it is in dire need of some help from the franchise owner. The staff are sometimes friendly but more often than not, it depends on whether your order will be the "right price" to garner a tip i.e. "Keep the change". they sometimes get the order right and sometimes they don't. Often times you have to send things back. They seem to have gone through a lot of staff over the last year and a lot of new faces are present that don't seem to know the menu and don't know how to count change correctly. Special orders like no pickles or no onions seem to bother the people taking the orders. The dayshift manager seems to think it's funny because he speaks so fast you can't understand a word he says when he reads the order back to you. You have to ask him several times to slow down so that he can read the order back so that you can ensure he hears it correctly and that you hear it correctly. Often times the french fries are cold. If you ask for onion rings to be extra crispy sometimes they are and sometimes they're not. I wish they still had pickle-os on the menu. Serving sizes are generally smaller than what the pictures appear on the menu which I think is not right. Malts and shakes are not mixed well in my opinion. Lately when ordering I found out they were out of the steak for steak sandwiches. Recently when ordering malts, they were out of the cherries to put on the malt or they forget to give you a long spoon and a straw. We've asked the Sonic in a nearby town how come their food is so much better and they're serving size so much larger? they said they have no idea. I cannot remember the last time there have been napkins salt and pepper or other condiments like ketchup in the bag when you get your order.
