Underwhelming, tasteless food.
The restaurant bills itself as farm-to-table fresh. Not when I had it.
Almost everything we ordered, we were told after the fact that they were out of it. Inlcuding table bread (mind you this is a bed and breakfast too, we were curious if the bread shipment was going to be in by breakfast).
The food we got was terrible. Duck Prosciutto -- had gone bad, you got that stinging, sour, meat-gone-bad taste.
Was told by our server the 'deconstructed stroganov" ws his favorite. Don't waste your money. Dry noodles on one side, overcooked tasteless beef on the other, and a dollop of Daisy passed of as cream fraiche. Absolutely inedible.
The server came by and asked if we were finished, our plates of food hadn't been touched. Didn't even ask how the food was...
Server even asked if we were ready for dessert. I was ready to get the hell out of there. Unfortunately there is no other place to eat in Clarksville MO.
If anyone does go, I recommend the Clarksville Fill Station (gas station) - they have excellent Blue Bunny ice cream hand scooped with a smile by a wonderful lady.
