  Have you ever had table side cooking?
  
  If you have not.... have Paul (owner) prepare a great dinner for you and your guests.
  Steak and Brew is at the base of Timber View Ski slops.
  Don't start dinner until you have had one of the staff prepare you a home made caesar salad table side made also. Steak and Brew is a great place to take a date for a romantic dinning experience!

  A diner experience like nowhere else. Delicious food, reasonable price, friendly and family like atmosphere. A must go if you are in the region. Please book a reservation and be patient. The service is dedicated and is quite slow, but the crew does it very best to cater you and make you feel at ease. Plus the deco is really nice and cosy, with aquariums everywhere. Do not miss the special caesar salad prepared at the table. We came here twice, got ready for a great but long diner and will come back again. We are so thankful for having this experience in a world where speed precedes quality and attention. You will not be disappointed (if you are patient).

  This is actually my first Yelp write up...and I am glad to give it to one of my favorite restaurants anywhere, The Steak and Brew....and I live just outside of Philly which has many excellent restaurants. I have been coming up to the Tug Hill area snowmobiling for over 20 years and as far back as I can remember, when we make the hotel reservation, we also make our S&B reservation...it is always one of the highlights of the trip. Paul is an excellent host who make everyone feel welcome...like he is having you for dinner at his house. The tableside dishes, caesar salad,

  This is the jewel of tug hill. I eat  at tons of fluffy five star places all over the country and this place hands down has the best table side ceasar salad and some excellent steaks. It can get real busy here so I would recommend a reservation but usually I can sneak into a bar seating. They know how to prepare a goose vodkatini up which many places up here have no clue. Steaks are very good here, hence the name. Wait staff is always very entertaining and nice but you have to remember you are up state so slow down and relax. More time for those damn good martinis. Den coffee and peanut butter pie is very good plus they do all kinds of onfire table side deserts which are fun to watch and maybe loose an eyebrow or something.

  We came here for a business team dinner.  It's got a cozy lodge feel, a large outdoor patio and a great view of a small ski slope.  The table-side Caesar salad and other item making was a little bit of a novelty.  The starch was chosen for us (twice baked potato) to speed it up for the large group.  I had a Tuna steak covered in cheese in salsa which I thought was weird but I tried to go as healthy as I could to recover from eating diner food all week.  Overall a decent experience.
