  This joint looks like it hasn't changed in at least 30 years.
  
  It's the kind of place where meat is the only worthwhile fare, vegetables are a condiment, and the only kind of seafood you should consider eating would be the kind that comes from a can.
  
  My partner said his prime rib was good, and my burger was decent. But the side veggies were boiled to death, and the salad was iceberg.
  
  Anywhere besides Halfway I would have only given this 1 or 2 stars, but I think there are only 2 or 3 places to eat total, so beggars can't be choosers.
