Strummer's Village Tavern

This place is great, Debbie the owner is awesome, parking is plentiful and the atmospher is nice. All the Bartenders treated us great.

Love Strummer's. Great for shows and best for beer. I have never seen my favorite craft beer, Ska Brewing's Modus Hoperandi, on tap anywhere but here. You are always guaranteed some awesome beer options. For a small local bar in Yuma, that is a pretty amazing feat.

I just saw Jimmy Eat World here and it was an unforgettable experience. I can't remember an event that competes with that for Yuma. What a great night.

What happened to this place? What happened to the awesome and fun service? To say that this place has lost it's spark would be an understatement! My wife and I went into Strummer's last night for a show and waited about 5 min for the bartender to help us and about another 5 for her to come back with 2 bottles of beer.  We understand that the place is divey, but this time the bar was sticky and the place smelled. Service was bad, as it seems the place has been transformed into some kind of Misfit Clubhouse for Scumbags (seriously, that is their "club" name) since the last time we were there a month ago. Disappointing, we will start going out of town again for shows.
