  2.5 stars.  They had no blue cheese.  Deduct 1/2 star.
  
  We went here to get a couple of subs and a salad.  Service was OK.  One of the two working was restocking some of the supplies while the other was making the sandwiches.  After a time, when some more customers came in, the stocker helped the maker and the two got things moving along well.
  
  There were some items from the vegetable topping area they were out of--unusual for a Saturday night when they should be better stocked.
  
  We ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese sub for one person, a foot long BMT for the second, and a chicken salad for me.  The subs were made well and they were accommodating with some minor substitutions for the BMT meats.
  
  The only complaint for my salad was they had no blue cheese salad dressing.  How does one live without blue cheese.  They probably had 31 other flavors--wait that's another company--but I opted for ranch because they didn't have blue cheese.
  
  In about 10 minutes, we were on our way with the food and enjoyed it when we got to where we're staying.
