Unfortunately I've had to completely change my review of Subway in Richwood, OH. Â While some of the employees are awesome; some are not. Â Upon visiting Subway on Thursday, September 30 at 9:40pm, I found that employee Samantha was completely unwilling to serve my wife and I. Â She was rude, disrespectful and unfriendly. Â
I spend A LOT of money in the Richwood Subway store, A LOT of money and I am not willing to pay to receive rude treatment and be disrespected by some punk kid who thinks she can get away with being rude to loyal customers.
Abby was a little better, but failed to follow directions, again, on purpose and did not complete the order as requested by the customer.
These two should not be working together at all.
Clearly Owners/Management need to step in and resolve these employee issues as it will hurt business if they don't.
Perhaps Subway in Richwood does not care about the average $100 per week I spend in their store that I will gladly take some place else if things are not rectified soon.
Very disappointing experience. Â I wish I could give it a negative rating.
This review does not take away from the awesomeness of Patty, Kara and Jess who are ALWAYS professional and always respectful to the customer.
