  Over 20 minutes to get 3 soft tacos. And witnessed cashier named Shantay (sp?) handling food and money wearing same gloves.  When confronted by another customer about this she denied it.  But, many saw and the previous customer demanded refund.  Sloppy and non caring employees!

  While it used to be good, it has experienced a steady decline in service and quality.  Food is often served cold when it should be hot (chalupa shells, meat, soft tortillas) and wait times can be over 10 minutes for a regular order.
