Taqueria Becerra Inc

Was looking for something hand-held to eat on the drive between Lexington and the Four Roses brewery.   I got the lengua burrito at Taqueria Becerra, because Versailles was right on the path between the Old Frankfort Pike and the distillery.   The bad news, was that the burrito came in a white sauce, such that I had to eat it in the little tray, which was a struggle while driving.   The good news, was that this was a MASTERFUL creation.  This was creamy, complex, textured goodness.   The flavors were enchanting, and vastly satisfying.  The superb salsas and pico de gallo really crowned it.   This redefines "burrito".
