  Great place! Your typical small town restaurant/bar with great burgers and average steak. Service is fast and you almost never have to wait to be seated.

  Have never been overly impressed by this restaurant. Mediocre food and slow service have always been pretty much the norm. But we've kept going back because it's really the only restaurant that isn't fast food in town - and for 15 miles. However, we recently had an experience that will not have us returning. Sent back fried pickles that had a fishy taste and were told that they tasted fine and we'd have to pay for them. Told the manager to cancel the rest of our order as we were leaving and were told we'd have to pay for the rest of our food, as well, since it was almost ready. "Sorry, that's just our policy." The poor waitress was very sweet and I'm sorry she had to be penalized for the manager's attitude on customer service.
  An e-mail to the company failed to receive any response. Online reviews on Facebook and Yelp were removed (censored). If you can't handle negative criticism, perhaps you should learn customer service. Prior to entering the healthcare field over 10 years ago, I held many positions from waitress to managing in other restaurants. I enjoy good food and judge my experience on service. I do not believe the customer is always right, but if your fried pickles taste fishy, you need to correct the problem.
