Thai Delight

I've been to the Organ location several times, and was thinking about going up there when I was in Las Cruces this past Thanksgiving break.  To my surprise (and, er...delight...), I drove past their newly opened location in Mesilla, far closer to where I was staying.  It's located next to El Comedor, where the old Andele's restaurant used to be.  The menu here is more or less exactly the same as the other location, and the quality is great as well.  I ordered the Shrimp Thai Delight (I think that's what it is called), which may actually be the only thing I've eaten from this restaurant.  Large pieces of shrimp, and good amounts of it too.  The plate presentation is almost artful, and you can tell the chef(s) take a lot of pride in their work.  The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the prices aren't too bad.  Glad to see they have a location closer to town now.  Highly recommended!
