Theresa's Stockbridge Cafe

This place is really just okay. I came here after finding a <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2FRestaurant.com&s=0aab4cbd731f3d3b0d1453050d3abc56a8c80bd214e25469c7555b750dca8a51" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://Restaurant.com</a> voucher online prior to my trip to Stcokbridge and was looking forward to grabbing lunch here. However, as soon as we sat down and the waitress saw the voucher, she said that we couldn't use it, despite that there was no wording at all on it saying that it was for dinner-only. That in itself (and her abrasive tone) did not endear me to the cafe. Despite that, we decided to stay and eat anyway and we ordered some pizza and fries. The curly fries were good, but the pizza was very, very greasy and not very flavorful. There is also terrible cell phone service here and it really isn't a place I would ever dine at again.

Tucked into the alley next to the old General Store and made famous by Arlo Guthrie's lyrics "you can get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant," this cafe offers a variety of grinders, paninis, pizzas, salads, and pasta. Everything was fresh and had an eye and taste for quality ingredients.  The menu is large enough to accommodate a variety of tastes yet small enough to make deciding easy.  Unfortunately there aren't many Yelp reviews because it's very difficult to get cell service.  The atmosphere is intimate and casual with a lovely patio for summer dining. Theresa's also offers several quality wines and beers as well as Seltzer, and fresh brewed Iced Tea and homemade Lemonade. I would definitely return in the future and invite friends!!
