I want to like TickTock's more. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, and they made the smart choice to stop some of the millions of clocks on the walls so that the ticking doesn't drive you mad, but the food used to be much better, as did the service. For drinks and a night out, go for it, but for dinner, the entrees always seem over cooked anymore and the waitresses are either great or missing in action, there's not telling. Randomly, I do have to say that their lady's room is really nice though. :)
Review Source:Tick Tock's nice selection of food provides a welcome break from the usual diner fare around here. Â I like to order the Pasta a La Tick Tock's, which features a melange of tender/crisp vegetables on a bed of linguine. Â A little garlic and olive oil, and done. Â Simple and filling. Â Breakfast is a sure thing as well. Â For dinner however, sometimes the food is iffy. Â It makes me wonder if some of the meals are frozen and then microwaved because I've encountered the screaming hot edges/cold center thing a couple of times. Â Overall though we have had some nice meals here.
