Timberline

I came here this morning for breakfast, and I can proudly say that it beats many of the breakfast places around the area.  First of all: this is a DINER type breakfast place, so if you're expecting something fancy, forget it.  We're talking the standard combos of eggs, skillets, omelets, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, etc.  With this in mind, I gave Timberline 4 stars because it does all of these things WELL.  My pancake was pretty delicious and just the right size: the "Moon" pancake has sausage in the middle, and the "Sun" pancake has an egg on top.  The coffee is above average.  The cinnamon rolls are pretty great.  One thing I really enjoy is that you can choose either 2 or 3 eggs in your omelet.  The best thing here in my opinion, though, is the chili-cheese omelet: it's not overloaded, it's just perfect!  

There's a great atmosphere inside and you can sit either at a table or at the counter.  The waitresses are all so friendly, and it's almost always crowded.  **Make sure to check the hours before you go!**
