Tlaquepaque Mexican Grille & Restaurant

We were at Shelton Vineyards for a car show and decided to try a restaurant in the area. We were very happy with the friendly and fast service! The food was excellent! Fresh guacamole is always a plus! Their chicken soup was fresh and delicious. We will come back :)

Traditional Mexican (the good stuff) in a clean and comfortable environment. Interesting that they serve rice, no beans as standard side, salad is served instead. Only complaints: table was too small, more Chili pepper. I think western NC can handle hotter spice. Never would have come here without Yelp location and reviews!

Chickie lives near so she eat here alot.  My first visit was two weeks ago.  Not a big mexican food fan so I ordered the hamburger.  Bigger than a Whopper with jalepenos and avocados.  Very good.  Fries were fine.  She had shrimp,  beef,  and chicken pizza.  I tried it and was good too.  Nothing fancy here but cheap.  Lots of hispanic customers.  Tried the one in Mt Airy and got a little jr burger with no peppers.  Big disappointment.  Will go back to Dobson though.
