We visit Owatonna 4 or 5 times a year and have eaten at most of the restaurants in town. Â Torey's is the best. Â Most of the locals we know here avoid it because they think it's too expensive. Â But being from Los Angeles, we find it priced in a medium range and a good value for excellent food. Â Last night I had one of the specials, Duck Jambalaya. Â It was great and I took a third of it back to our hotel room (I usually finish a meal because I don't know when to stop). Â My wife had a sirloin steak which she enjoyed very much.
Review Source:After eating at just about every place in Waseca we decided to venture out to Torey's as a suggestion by a local coworker. Â It wasnt a far drive for very good food. Â
We started with the walleye fingers, they weren't bad but not the best.  Then for the entrée I had one of the specials which was a Sea Bass with a fried mashed potato side.  It was some of the best sea bass that I have ever had. Â
The service was very friendly and the lighting was just perfect. Â Pair all this with a good beer selection the place is easily 4 stars.
