  Ribs dry too flaky, the rest of the food was everyday (yawn) cooked.

  I stopped here on my I-70 haul.  It's the real deal.  Everything was clean and the service was friendly but note that this is an old-style roadhouse like we used to have in the good old days, so expect the customer base to match.  Luckily, the food matches that too.  Meat, meat, and more meat.  This is not a place for fru-fru metro-sexual-vegetarians.  That makes the delicious ribs & brisket all the more enjoyable that you don't have to put up with that crap.
  
  More added fun was that I met the owner, former Denver Bronco great Vance Johnson himself.  He was more than happy to oblige me with a few football stories and tales of life in the NFL which were fun to hear.  That definitely makes it added fun for the football fan, and the waitress said he is an active owner and in the restaurant "all the time" so probably a reasonable chance of getting to hear his stories when you go.
