Okay...I'm a big fan. Â It's my favorite local place.
Food is cheap and great. Â The victory lane burger is a double bacon cheeseburger with a side for 7.99. Â Â Spinout pizza (a taco pizza) is awsome. Â Pulled pork sandwich with a side for 5.99. Â All great. Â Guinness for under 3.50...really??? Â What more can you want?
If you're looking for a nice glass of wine...you're in the wrong place. Â But if you're looking to drink with an old guy wearing a green bandana (his name is Roger), you're in the right place.
The place has been remodeled and is a little less dumpy than it used to be but it's still filled with local color. Â Trivia nights and local bands happen every week.
Home sweet home!
Ok so I've been back here a few times and had to go back and change my review. Â This place has great pizza, and the other apps I've had were great too. Â Keno, trivia on Wednesday's, tvs around the bar and a new reservation has really turned this place around for me.
That being said, the bartenders aren't always that friendly, it isn't the cleanest place around, and the bathrooms really smell.
All in all though, a great dive bar.
Great food from loaded pot skins, teriyaki marinated chicken dinners, to fresh fish and chips served on Fridays. Buffalo chicken salads, burgers, steaks and seafood. Cocktail and food prices are very fair. Mixed Drink - less then $4, Fish n Chips - Less than $11. Great atmosphere if you enjoy NASCAR. Other sports play on the TVs as well. Karaoke and Bands usually Thurs, Fri or Sat nites. Small location, lots of regulars. Decent service.
