  Went to Wendy's in Charlotte Hall this past Friday. I just had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meal, my husband had the spicy chicken meal. My meal first: burger meat tasted "odd", hard to put my finger on it. Tasted old and reheated. Took a couple bites and threw rest away. Fries were cold. Husband had same problem with chicken meat, he couldn't tell if it was over or undercooked. Just didn't taste right, so he didn't eat his either. Yes, his fries were cold also. As we were "eating" I noticed one of the workers standing outside by the entrance smoking, he "plastered" himself up against the window in order to get the womans attention behind the counter and motioned to her to come outside. She stood inside the little alcove of the door, took his cigarette, had a couple of hits and handed back to him. Then she come back inside and got behind the counter again. She did not wash her hands. That was enough for me. We left through the smoked filled alcove-never to return again. I realize this is a burger joint, however, I don't think it is too much to ask for hot food and clean food service workers.
