Wendy's

After 5 hours on the road on a busy holiday weekend we stopped for gas and a food -- it was so busy but the staff was so nice,
Fast and polite !!! You guys rock ! Thanks for making our journey fun !

Stopped here for a Quick "fast food" meal on the way to the SC beaches.  
Huge mistake.....

The service was extremely slow in that we had to wait over 15 minutes for a take out order that was nothing out of the ordinary.    Since we ordered at the counter inside, it appeared that the staff put more emphasis on keeping the drive-thru window moving, rather than taking care of the inside customers.  

In my travels I always felt that Wendy's was consistent and their food/service was above average when comparing the major chains.   This one really missed the mark IMO.

Needs to be mopped and a crew cleaning throughout.
The bldg did not smell bad but the aesthetics of the place was blah.
