The portions are huge, the food is great, service is better than any upscale restaurant

Bald Knob...

Nothing like a small town resturant & who can't love some cajun food, especially in a place named Bald Knob??

Now, the real news...  The food is your typical small town seafood buffet.  Nothing special.  The atmosphere is cute.  They do sell the great Community Coffee and some other good south Louisianna food, but basically nothing great here.

But it is Bald Knob!  So if you are hungry, jump in.  You don't have a ton of choices.

The best advice to you - the hostess has NO sense of humor.  Don't piss her off (it doesn't take much) or you will be sitting next to the swinging door from the kitchen.

Ya gotta love a place when the notoriey is definded as 'hot dog they give ya a plate full'.
