Nice building and atmosphere. Â That's all the good I can say.
For a pub that brews their own, I expected some variety in beer, not all the crappy macrobrews, but that is all they had. Â They had one they brew themselves, it was horrible. Â Tasted like a Bud Light mixed with a hard cider that wasn't fully conditioned, it was bad. Â
Food is average at best and high priced and there is little to choose from on the menu.
I absolutely hate Applebee's, but I would eat there before coming back here..
Poor service. Kitchen is SLOW. Â Food was okay once it was delivered. Fries were COLD. They took the fries off of our bill but not good enough. I won't be back, suggest you never go. No doubt, the worst new eatery in Northwest Arkansas! Â Spare the unwitting public, close the restaurant now!
Review Source:Pros: Nice, new building; TVs; 12 beers or so to choose from,16oz domestic draft beers were $2.50
Cons: Very limited menu, very poor service and took an hour to get our food.
Four of us made a trip from Fayetteville to Tontitown to try Willie James on a Friday night. When we pulled in, I was impressed by the building itself and how full the parking lot was. They really put a lot into the actual building and did a good job.
We walked and were seated rather quickly. A waitress greets us after about 10 minutes. She takes drink orders very timidly, three beers and a soda, and another ten minutes later a different  waiter brings our drinks. He asks if we are ready to order and we order the sampler appetizer and our entrees. The sampler consists of fried mushrooms, onion rings and chicken wings. The wings were not sauced but all tasted fine. Our glasses are empty for a while before he comes back for refills. We get our appetizer ~45 mins after ordering it and 15 minutes later our entrees arrive. I am brought the wrong entree as I ordered the smothered chicken and was brought chicken fried steak. When I point this out the waiter says "oh yeah, sorry about that. It's back there. Let me get it." He then goes off and comes back with that same plate and says "the cook got it wrong, I can have him make the right one but it'll be a wait." I say no it's fine and we eat. He never comes back to check our drinks and our tickets were wrong when we finally got them. My entree wasn't discounted or anything for being wrong. All in all we were there around an hour and 45 minutes,
It's as though they hired servers with little or no experience and never trained them! Do not make a special trip to this place. Unless you live next door, don't waste your time. They've been open six months and still have plenty of work to do.
We went at 10:40 Saturday morning. Â My hubby got breakfast and I got the quesadilla. Â The quesadilla was absolutely wonderful! Â Home made salsa! Â The atmosphere is a 5* this is a restaurant
you will probably be your "go to" place. Â Variety menu and friendly staff!
NOTE: they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays
Went there opening weekend with a large group and we had made reservations. Â 3 hour wait for food, food was ok, but the way the management handled the situation and excuses for 3 hour wait were not acceptable. Â Had high hopes for this place since it's close to home. Â May wait a few months to give them another chance.
