I saw a little house, no more than 500 sq ft, off 78 coming back from Aiken. It was WJ BBQ. I noticed a few folks were parked outside it, so why not try it. Â Plus, they were smoking the pig when we passed it on the way out to Aiken a couple days earlier. Â Low and behold, they had some damn fine "Q" in there. I think it's owned by an older lady, at least she was doing all the work in the back. I think her kid or grandkid was working the cash register. Anyways, they had some great BBQ, solid mustard sauce, and great pound cake too. The sandwich was monstorous. Â I think they pilled close to 1lb of bbq in between two big buns. Â If you get a chance, definately stop by and give it a shot. Oh, but make sure it's on Fri, Sat, or Sun. Otherwise it's closed. Â Oh yeah, CASH ONLY!
