I stopped in little Woodson, Texas on a driving trip. This little place was open for an early lunch buffet. There is not much going on in Woodson so this was a nice change. A nice mother-daughter-granddaughter team are running the place and cooking the decent home-cooked style food. I had lasagne and a plain salad. The lasagne could have had  more noodles, it was mainly sauce. Apparently I was missing the next day's special, fried chicken, which the daughter told me brings people far and wide. The decor is a little messy, there's a lot of disorder. But the food was good. Canned broad beans were a little bland but the fried okra was toasty and very crisp.
