I have had multiple business lunches here and a few dinners as well. Â Everything has been very good, they have excellent quality food, and a menu that is about what you would expect, with some options that are unique to the area. Â
It is a house that has been converted to a restaurant so it has an intimate homie feel to it, but I wouldn't call it a fine dining setting.
The prices are fair, and the service is very friendly.
On the way back from sightseeing we pass by Wren's nest. Â Even though reservations are a must, we pleaded with the owner to feed us. Â The place was very cozy, friendly staff and delicious food. Â I love their butter with a hint of nutmeg and fresh hot bread. Â We ordered calamari appetizer, which was ok, to be honest I had better. Â Steak was outstanding with garlic mashed potatoes, but lobster bisque hit the spot. Â Meal portions were perfect, enough to satisfy you and the price was right. Â
Even though, there were some ladies wearing evening dresses and men in suits, there were few people in casual as well. Â If I'm ever near by again, I'm defiantly eating there again, but this time I will make reservations...
