What a great experience!! Everyone was super friendly, fun music, inexpensive! Â Five people, two bowls, three drinks, was $50! So it came to ten dollars a person for like three hours of fun (in Thousand Oaks). The waitress with curly brown hair was very patient and incredibly helpful. I will be back as soon as possible!!
Review Source:Excellent Hookah's and Customer service . The owners of Xhale know their stuff from the way they make their disposable hoses to the preparation of  the heads. I'm very particular about my hookahs and I was very satisfied with the taste, drag, and duration of the hookah. The aesthetics of the lounge are sophisticated and comfortable. Overall it was just what I needed at the end of a week,  mint hookah and relaxation.
Review Source:I can't say enough good things about this place. Had been to kiss kiss a couple times but decided to try to this place out and it was the best decision I've ever made. Sully was our server and made the entire night! He was nothing but nice and really sweet! He made us laugh the entire night and always making sure we were doing okay. The rest of the staff is just as amazing and make you feel so comfortable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have amazing hookah flavors and several types of hookahs and hoses that just top off the experience. They play incredible music, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when they have an awesome DJ! Would never even try another hookah place because it really doesn't get better than this. But I really can't rave about the staff enough!!! Love everything about this place!
Review Source:So time to write a review for the good guys at Xhale! We've been waiting for a hookah spot in TO for a while now and this place doesn't just fulfill that but goes above and beyond. The staff is super friendly! And very accommodating. Our hookah was great to begin with but my sister thought she couldn't smell the flavor.. Our server (the funny British guy) made sure that hookah works properly and the owner came out and hooked us up with a new head! Just like that *snap*.. No complains and no charge! We're definitely hitting this spot again!
Review Source:If you like straight Hookah and watching Ultimate Fighting- this place is for you. Â 5 TV screens and you can't put a game on? Â They offer absolutely nothing else. Â I've been to Hookah lounges before and I'm use to going with such a diverse group of people where some like to smoke cigars others like their beer and to catch the game and than those into the hookah- a place of variety. Â This place offers nothing but Hookah and water....and soft drinks if your into that. Â It's rare for me to walk into a place and walk right out but yeah....that's what we did. Â
Why did you ask for my Id if you don't offer alcohol? Â Hookah is just fruity flavored smoke ;) Â I'm so confused. Â The girl helping us was really sweet- so if anything the service is excellent it's everything else about this place. Â The couches are low with no backs and the TV screens are on top of you. Â The first thing I did was leaned back almost laying down on that couch to watch Ultimate fighting? Â I"m that type of person that will stick it out too....and I couldn't do it! Â So it is what it is...Hookah and nothing but.
This place was absolutely awesome! Excellent service, owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and sleek, and there is a great variety of hookah flavors to choose from. The owner told us outright that service was his first priority, and that came across perfectly: we were treated like VIP's. From quality hookahs and a top selection of shisha, to a beyond-friendly and knowledgeable staff and a relaxing, luxurious venue, Xhale Hookah Lounge is definitely a spot I will frequent and recommend to anyone!
Review Source:The place is a little small for the amount of customers that want to go. It's about $15-$25 for a hookah depending on flavors. They have huge flat screen TV's that show the UFC fights. $10 cover fee for the big fights otherwise it's free to go in and smoke. The customer service is great, everyone is so nice and helpful. It's definitely for the younger crowd ages 18-25 but it is a good time. Fun for a night out.
Review Source:Great new hookah spot with amazing prices. They have that new fumo hookah everybody has been talking about and it's so cheap compared to the many other hookah spots I've been to. The ambient lighting and great service makes for a wonderful night out. A huge plus: the hookah doesn't get harsh after a few min. They make sure your experience is one you'll remember
