The Yaleville Inn

I am from out of town. Every time I pass through this area (about once a year), I make the time to eat here.  The food is always fresh. The menu changes with local-market availability which can be both an asset and a detraction.  I recommend the crab cakes appetizer which is full of flavor and body.  The entrees are always well-proportioned and tasty. Overall, a fabulous little find for a small restaurant.  The chef is outstanding.

The food was as good or better than what I've had in 5 star restaurants in the major cities. Atmosphere was quaint and rustic. Overall a fun night. Half portions are just right but full portion is perfect for the big eater.   Steps to climb so when making reservations let owner know if any handicap

Very interesting place, very small, good food.  The chef does it all, waits the tables and cooks.   Only about 4 four toppers.
