Cool old log cabin bar; basic options and laid back vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have Keweenaw Brewing's Widow Maker black ale on tap, which is a definite plus!

Came  in - nobody greeted. Took a seat and the waitress walked by ten times before she asks if I wanted something to drink - waiting time about 10 minutes. I also ordered a Buffalo Burger with cheese and mushrooms. Food and drink came about another 10 minutes waiting time. I was really surprised about the food and the drink - but in a different way. I got a 12oz beer for $4 and a burger without fries or anything else beside for $8. These are Detroit prices! The burger was made with a patty thinner than a $1 burger from MCD with the cheapest  hamburger bun you can imagine. I couldnt find the mushrooms and waited for the waitress - but the slow service was continuing. So I complained some minutes later at the bar and I got 30 seconds later slightly warmed canned mushrooms. What a tourist trap here... The food didnt taste at all and I was still hungry from this small burger. When I finished eating after one minute it took the waitress another 10 minutes to bring the check. When I looked at the check I saw that they are not able to count 8+4 correct. To complain about the check it took again another 10 minutes. Meanwhile I heard from the neighbour table that their order wasnt correct. I paid and my answer was a 0 tip for that place. My recommendation : Dont go there. I know there are not a lot places around, but if you want to get fooled - its your decision.

Log cabin feel with very friendly staff.  Basic bar food, but cooked well. Lots of TVs and video games.
