Zuly's Cafe

I work up in Embudo from time to time, doing research in the area. I've eaten breakfast at Zuly's a bunch of times. They are lovely people and serve really excellent food. I think the quality of their green chile is really high. I pretty much always get the huevos rancheros green, so maybe I'm not qualified to give them five stars, but I will, cos that knocks me out.
I'm going to get them to cater a meeting for a whole bunch of researchers, and they have been really accomodating and helpful, so on that scale too they are a good outfit. Eat there.

Delicious! We were staying in a rental house nearby and our only complaint was that  they weren't open on Sunday so we could have one more breakfast burrito before we left town. The chorizo burrito was full of wonderful flavors and a green chili that was the perfect combination of spiciness and pork flavor. We can't wait to go back!

What a gem of a restaurant.  If you are driving near Taos, NM..plan on stopping for a meal here.  The food is terrific, one of the best meals we had in our week trip to NM. All fresh ingredients and great service. A real step up from other cafes we went to.
