Great ribs. The weeknight I was there they had $1 burgers. It was perfect for me as I had had a huge lunch. Atmosphere average. Seemed like locals came here to eat, which is always a good thing. I would like to come back and try a steak or prime rib. They seemed to have quite a few choices on the menu and seemed like a more family oriented, local place.
Review Source:Went there with my family over the 4th of July weekend. We had an early reservation and they were already full by the time we got there. The hostess was very friendly and were seated promptly.
Most of us had the ribs. They were very good with the right amount of heat and sweet!. Â Our waitress was very knowledgable, friendly, and the service was excellent. We all would definitely go back and recommend Adam's Rib. Â A treasure for sure.
Went here for dinner on a Friday night just after the 4th of July. Â Although we had a reservation, the place was already packed and we waited at the bar for about 20 minutes. Â That being said, our service was simply outstanding. The wait staff was knowledable, funny, and relaxed despite the sheer number of people there and we never felt we were waiting for service, or food.
Over half our group got the ribs. They were extremely tasty, and the bbq sauce had a gentle kick and a bit of sugar, just the right spot between hot and sweet. They were "fall off the bone" good. Â The two soups that evening, chicken dumpling and beer cheese, were both equally good and highly recommended. Â
For my side, I ordered the hash browns with green peppers, onions and cheese and they clearly were separately baked in a small pan. Â They were amazingly delicious and a huge portion. Â
The bartender did a great job with our Manhattans and Old Fashioneds. Â
I'd be more than happy to go back and try other things on the menu. Very good food and simply amazing service. Â Loved it.
