Aj's Family Pizzeria

I'm not going to over-complicate this review, but I always rate places based on their purpose in serving their customers.

AJ's has the best Pizza in the area, and top notch hoagies and cheesesteaks. This is what they do best. The pizza is not sweet in my experience, and I've been coming here at least 1-2 times per month since moving back to the area a couple of years ago. The don't overdue the cheese and sauce like some places, and the crust is tasty. AJ's also makes darn good salads, and the garlic knots are addictive.
This is the kind of place that I'd give 3.5 stars if I could because their pasta dinners leave a bit to be desired as other reviews have referenced.

For now, I'll go with 4 stars by sticking with the basics.

The environment leaves a lot to be desired, but the pizza is very good.  Best is Morgantown for sure.  

Their buffalo chicken cheese steak is one of the best we have ever had!  We love it.

This place looks decent when you walk in, but that is where it ends. If you want pizza that actually tasts like pizza should this is not the place. Freakiest tasting sauce I have ever had (really sweet with the wrong flavors) and the crust is a bad attempt at a thin crust NY style pizza. This place stays around because of it's location and patrons that don't know the difference. The rest of the food is typical bad pizza place entres. Watery pasta and "entrees" served with weird tasting sauce with a bunch of cheap goopy mozzarella on top.
