The Chinese chicken salad is awful at the airport location.  Service was equally bad as well.

I was kind of surprised how much I enjoyed this place. I figured that I would be in for a very mediocre sandwich.

While it was not the best cheeseburger I have had, it was better than I had hoped for. The fries (or pomme frites) as the menu listed them were ok. The most surprising part was how full I ended up getting from my meal. I didn't even have room for the awesome chocolate bar I got for dessert.

The best part was the service (not something I would have expected to write about an airport restaurant). The cashier who took my order was friendly and talkative and very informative.

Overall, if you are stuck at the airport, at least give them serious consideration before settling on a place to eat.

On a side note: the cashier told me that the prices they have in the airport are the same as the prices they have in the stand alone Annie's in town. I hope that is true, though I didn't get the chance to test that when I was in Austin.

This is my favorite restaurant at the airport.  The staff is super friendly and the burgers and fries are the best, except for the price.  They can be inconsistent at times, but when it's good, it's really good.  Everything here is more expensive than it should be for what you get, but it's better quality and better choices.

Healthy food options in an airport make my body smile. I truly don't know how how some bodies can survive a day of travels and fried food.

This cafe is large and in a well lit area of the airport with plenty of seating for travelers to be able to kick back and chillax. I so appreciated this and kind service in the fast paced airport environment.

I ordered yogurt that was topped with homemade granola and fresh berries. The presentation was lovely and the serving size was generous. The coffee took my tired eyes to being wide.

I sat at the bar for prime people watching and tried to solve mysteries of the people wearing sunglasses inside. Celebrity or no? I think I saw the guy who plays the Steffan character in SNL Weekend Update and think I subconsciously put my hands over my face and gasped.

I would be in embarrassed if I was the owner of this place.

The process of ordering and picking up food disorganized beyond belief. It wouldn't be so bad if the staff was friendly and helpful, but they are not - they're just the opposite.

I have eaten at a lot of airports... between the small portion size / price ratio, terrible customer service, and the fact they can't get the process of ordering something right makes this, by far, the worst airport restaurant I've ever been to.

On top of the terrible service, once I finally received my order I ate about half my sandwich and found a hair in it! I posted pics ... couldn't help myself.

The staff were super helpful at Annies, helping me decide between the brie sandwich and the italian. I went brie, per their suggestion, toasted, per their suggestion. I figured this sandwich would be a good start to a four hour flight/nap.

However, if you're going to slather my sandwich in mayonaise, warn a sister! I don't like mayonaise, much less heaped, much less on my brie sandwich. Melty brie, roasted tomatoes, basil... and mayo? Halllle no.

It was a pricey sandwich and gooey but it's a different option than some of the other greasy diner like options.

Was dissapointed that the Austin International airport did not have many... Rather ANY breakfast sandwich options... Which is why I ended up at Annie's cafe & Bar. Got a coffee & the chicken royale Sandwich.
The coffee was ok. The sandwich was good by airport standards. The bread was warm & fresh while the chicken was not at all chewy and flavorful.
Definitely more than what I expected at the airport.

I guess this just opened. I was excited to eat something other than a bagel for an airport breakfast. I've never been to the real Annie's in Austin but hopefully it's better than this! I got the $8 steel cut oats and $4 coffee. Much to my disappointment they handed me a cup with an Austin Java coffee sleeve- I hate Austin Java and was purposely avoiding it! It's also $2.50 for coffee at the Austin Java in the airport... The steel cut oats came out as a tiny portion in a huge plastic bowl. They weren't very good and I just picked out the fruit and nuts and threw it away. Then I went to Austin Java and bought a bagel. The end.
