Apple Tree the

We found this place by luck. It is the half way point between my parent's house and where we live. We thought we would give it a try. Honestly, for a small town restaurant, it is exactly what we were hoping for. Great service, great food, great prices.

The food portions are huge! My mom ordered the spaghetti and it honestly could have fed two. The salad bar was amazing. Very fresh and clean. My dad and I both ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection. Again, could have fed two. We probably should have shared one! My son started getting a little antsy towards the end and the server came to the rescue with some crayons and coloring books. Now, I never would expect this from a server (not your responsibility, but is mine) but I was extremely grateful and pleased she did this because it gave us the opportunity to relax more and chit chat.

I highly recommend this place. It is close to the interstate yet far enough away that not everyone will wander in.
