The service is alright but the food sucks.. Everything was over cooked and dry. I've been here three times and to other Applebee's many times in different states and this one sucked, by far, the MOST..

It's applebee's, and just like it is all the same nation wide, this one always stays clean and nicely organised and there is never much of a wait. The staff is freindly and always willing to help (which is a major plus in this city as most servers would rather tell you off then fix your order). the food is ok... but it chain so i would expect nothing less.

The reason i went here was to try thier ribs, i sadly did not have actual ribs (because they were out) so instead i tried baby back ribs for the first time... honestly i have never had anything more messy and puzzle like than these delicious little things which i would really rather not know where they come from on a pig. but i will tell you what... they are really good and fun to eat ( i looked like my 4 year old son after eating them their was sauce everywhere.... definitly first date food lol) so that mixed with nice and helpful wait staff and clean bathrooms gives this applebee's three stars.... for a chain restaurant to get any more will take something truely amazing

Went here one lazy Saturday night. It was pretty busy (7pm-ish). I ordered the fajitas (chicken and shrimp) and a drink. When I got my drink, it wasn't filled all the way. When I got my fajitas, initially I was impressed because of the sizzling plate (lol). However, the chef seemed to have some confusion between gumbo and fajitas. It was spicy, too much red pepper. Waaaaay too much red pepper and I swear it tasted more like gumbo than any fajita I have ever tasted. They pimped me on the chicken. Now, take a boneless chicken breast and cut only a quarter of it into slices, that was what I was served. A quarter of a small boneless chicken breast, sliced, and spread out (to make it look larger) over a heaping amount of onions and some red bell peppers. I was given approximately 6-8 small shrimp that was overcooked. Shrimp is overcooked when the texture is tough. I was starving and I couldn't finish it because it was just too spicy and I am definitely not over-exaggerating. I found it hilarious that they gave me so many tortillas for such a small amount of meat. The tortillas were not good, either. I am positive they were microwaved, the tortillas were stuck together so badly that they would tear from the sticking when I would separate them. There was a kids mac & cheese on the menu that said you had a choice of sides, one of them being broccoli. However, when you order it, the waiter/waitress will tell you VERBALLY that the broccoli is not part of the meal and you have to pay extra for it. Oh, and did I mention that their plates are crowned? That means that the center of the plate is domed. They do this so that when you get your food, it LOOKS like you have more than there really is. It is amazing the lengths they have gone to save a buck, but they don't realize they will lose repeat customers with this type of business practice. I would not recommend eating here and I will not return.
