Applebee's

Ordered the tilapia dinner with lightly steamed broccoli & fried potatoes. Before I had a chance to ask server Taylor about the delay, she apologized & said it would be right up.

When she brought my entree, she said the potatoes didn't look right & they were preparing new ones. When she brought them, they were perfect!  If fact, all the food was perfect.

A few minutes into enjoying the perfect tilapia, a manager stopped by & told me she was discounting my entree 50%. Perfect!

Awesome food & awesome service!

The nice thing about Applebee's is that you can get a lot of food for a relatively cheap price. The bad thing about Applebee's is that it's just a black hole for people to spend money and come away from the experience with -- well, nothing, really. You go there, you eat a lot of mediocre, forgettable food, you pay a little, you go home. The end.

However, I do have to give credit where it's due. As one of the few sit-in dining options in Massillon, Applebee's doesn't do a bad job as far as service goes, and I've never had any mistakes made with my order. Woo hoo.
