  Ariannas simply has the best pizza in town.. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch pie.. Also if u happen to be alone, the personal 12 inch pies are fantastic for a good price. (Less then $10)

  I stopped for a quick lunch when passing through Ellenville and was pleasantly surprised with the tasty, quality chicken parm lunch I was served at Ariannas. The sauce and cheese were very good.  Nice warm bread. Food served on real plates was brought right to the table.  A big step above fast food restaurants.

  We have discovered Arianna on our visit to kids camp last year, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza-thin and crispy crust, sauce that is properly balance between sweet and tart, and great-tasting cheese.  The prices were also super reasonable, we usually get the pizza/12 buffalo wings/2 liter soda combo for $21.50, and 5 of us get stuffed big time.  The owner is a very nice guy who seriously takes pride in what he does.  My only complaint and thus, 4 stars instead of 5 is that they need to cool off the place a bit better, we walked in this year on a very hot day and while the fans were working, it took us a while to cool down, you know, there was no immediate cooling effect when you walk from an outside to a well air-conditioned inside.  Otherwise, though, this is a serious pizza in a rather sleepy town.

  I visited Ariannas a few times while staying at Honors Haven Resort up here in Ellenville and I can say that the food here helped me stay sane. The Chicken Parm plate and Chicken Parm Hero are worthy of anyone's plate.
  
  The plain cheese slice here is slightly above average and comparable to what you'd find around Brooklyn and Queens. Considering this is a town in the middle of nowhere this speaks volumes for the quality. It's a satisfying slice with an appropriate balance of sauce and cheese that's not too heavy or too salty.
  
  The fried Calamari leaves a bit to be desired but I suppose that's forgivable. It was a passable plate, the pieces were a bit thin but the sauce they came with was robust. I'd recommend that the owner look into a different brand of frozen calamari to use and can't really complain.
  
  If you're craving some Italian and your stuck up here in the boonies then I strongly recommend Ariannas as your refuge.
  
  I might have given this place 5 Stars, but I have to keep at least one star off because of the service.  Both times that I ate at their dining room the service was a bit slow despite it being mostly empty. I don't think I can blame the waitress, I'm guessing that they don't have enough manpower in the kitchen to cover the demand of the front end pizzeria, delivery and dining room at the same time. The waitresses were nice and did their best both times so I can't complain there.

  Tasty little pizzeria with a lot of heart. Tons better than the other places in Ellenville. They have a nice little restaurant area and very friendly service. Highly recommended for a slice (buffalo chicken is great!)
