Bagel Palace Inc

My favorite bagel on earth is a cinnamon raisin, toasted with cream cheese. Disappointment. I come all the way back to the land of my birth JUST to get some decent bagels and I'm disappointed.

I had a good feeling walking into this place, they had a good selection of bagels, cookies and deli items. Everyone behind the counter was really friendly.  I ordered my favorite bagel, and then a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel.

I drove home all excited for my bagel and put it on my plate. It was kind of falling apart, but that's ok. Took a big bite. It's hard and tasted like it was rubbing against an everything bagel. It also was very lacking in cream cheese.  So disappointed. Not going back.

This is my second time going here and the second time my order has been messed up :(  I gave it a second chance, I understand, it gets busy and orders get a little messed up - but excuse me, today I went in there ordered a bagel with cream cheese and jelly paid my $4, waited, was so excited, drove home, unwrapped my delicious gem and BAM WHERE IN GOD'S NAME IS THE JELLY!?  Certainly NOT on my bagel.  The worst part is that there was no one in there, I wasn't about to drive back to I had to add my own jelly, disaster averted, but still it annoyed me!! I'd rather go to a different bagel place where they get my order right, but they do have a fabulous selection of salads and cream cheeses :)
