Was getting hungry while exploring what Baroda wine country had to offer and thanks to Yelp was able to find this place.  Went w/ a party of 5 and everyone liked what they had.  Great food at great prices and decent amount of beers on tap.  Will be my main spot to eat whenever I get back to that area.

Thank you Yelper's. That's the only way I would have found this place. Our party of 5 was not disappointed at all. The menu items we chose were great and I just love the home made coleslaw. I asked the owner if he sold it by the pound and he said no, but if you call ahead and place an order he would make it up for you. I WILL be back. Ask the staff for the wifi access code. Cell signals are non existent there.

We thought we were going to a festival in Baroda only to realize it was the weekend before.  So we decided to check out yelp for a place to eat and found the Baroda bar & grill.  We were not disappointed.  I had a cup of potato soup and my husband and I split a ham sandwich.  There was so much food, we couldn't finish it all.

All the food was fantastic and I was so glad we decided to try it.  I would recommend this secret hide away to anyone!  We'll be back, if we can find it again! Thanks Yelp for the posting!

We "discovered" Baroda Tap when we were out wine tasting one day. This place is in downtown Baroda, which in the past seemed pretty dead.  It is a cute little town, but basically in the middle of nowhere.  However, as the wineries in the area continue to grow & populate, it seems that Baroda is growing and populating as well.  In the past, one of the downsides of trying to do an all-day wine tasting trip was that there really was no convenient place to stop and eat.  I had heard Baroda Tap had good food, but really had no reason to drive 25 minutes out of my way to get here, until we needed some food during our wine adventures.

No one in the group was disappointed!  Yes, it's a bar and they basically serve bar food.  But it's top notch bar food!  They do have a large dining area for families, in addition to the cozy bar area.  It's apparently been refurbished and only recently re-opened as Baroda Tap & Grille.  It's very nice and clean, while still retaining some of that dive bar feel that we love.  :)

We have only been there twice, but would go back much more often if it were a bit closer to where we live.  On the first trip I split a turkey reuben & fries with my mom.  This was more than enough to fill both of us, and we are not light eaters!  It was seriously the best turkey reuben I have ever had, and a turkey reuben is one of my favorite sandwiches, so I've had a few in my time.  On our 2nd visit, I ordered a small pizza & a side salad.  Salad was fine, not bad for "bar food".  Pizza was REALLY good.  I can't think of what to compare it to, but it wasn't really doughy or too thin.  I had pepperoni, mushroom & garlic toppings.  Ended up taking half home.  On both visits my husband had the fish & chips that were on special.  I think it was $10 for a HUGE serving of fish (probably cod) and fries.  Our total bill for all that food + two beers + two cocktails, was $34+tip.

Service was very friendly.  They are very welcoming even though we're not regulars, and both times we were told to choose wherever we wanted to sit.  Food & drinks came out in a timely fashion and no one was rushing us out.  The server gave us our check when we were done eating, but still checked on us while we finished our drinks, to make sure we didn't need anything else.

I really have nothing bad to say about this place - except that I hope they get some outdoor seating for the summer months!  :)  If you want good quality "bar food" with a friendly atmosphere, you will not be disappointed if you go here.

This place continues to get better and better.  Their Turkey Rueben, Chicken Club, and Wings are fantastic!  I think their Wings are about the best I've ever had.  There are really no other options for food in Baroda so thank god the Tap is there!

Went here with a few folks while I was in town for business.  It was wing night at this place.  .50 cent wings so we went ahead an ordered.   We all ordered a side of french fries and had a few beers.  The hot wings I got were excellent.  Very large wings and had the perfect spice.  Not to hot but just right.   The french fries that came with my meal were crazy.  I truly believe I've never been served such a large amount of french fries anywhere.  The owner Jim is always hanging there and always very welcoming and friendly.  I'm convinced once you try this place you will become a regular.  It's one of the niciest places inside in all of the area.  Just look at the pictures...

I went back this weekend and tried one of their lunch specials.  I had the Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Bowl of Chili Combo.  Their chili hit the spot.  It is rich and hearty and does not skimp on meat or flavor.  I'd wager to say it is one of the best chilis around.  I wish this place was closer to my stomping grounds, you'd probably find me here most days.  Whether you are a local, a Chicagoan on vacation, day tripping, or anyone else just passing through, this place will make you feel welcome and leave you happy and well fed.  If your driving along I94 reading this review and your hungry and don't want the usual highway fare, hop off at the next exit and make this a stop.  Who knows, it might just become your regular spot.  Kudos to the owner, Jim, and his staff who have done a really nice job with this restaurant.

I believe this place has recently re-opened as Baroda Tap & Grille.

I was in Bridgman MI for the weekend, and we stopped at this place for dinner Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised. After driving around the are for about 30min and passing some dingy places, we pulled up to this place.

My first reaction was not a pleasant one. I was grumpy and hungry and this place looked dirty and run down from the outside with people parked EVERYwhere they could fit their cars. BUT THEN...we walked in...

It's a nice set up for a bar/restaurant, and the place was pretty busy. Their were 4-5 flat panel tvs around the bar, families eating, and people having after-work cocktails. We sat at the bar to eat.  From what I remember, the menu was short n sweet, but effective. What they had looked GOOD. My boyfriend got a burger and think I got a turkey sandwich. They were fantastic! I think I'm having a hard time remembering what I got because I devoured it so quickly! You also HAVE to try their potato chips! Their garlic and onion I think, but it's subtle enough that your breath doesn't reak afterwards!

While we were there, we also saw someone order their monster 1lb Ham Sandwich! It's not one of those eathing challenge things, but it's HUGE and it looked realllly good!

Also, the service we received was GREAT! Their were two women (looked like sisters) as we as a gentlemen working behind the bar. We spoke to all three at some point and they were each delightful and a joy to talk to while we ate.

Overall, the place is nice, decent prices, good people, and goooood food :)
