Its ok if you are in town for the weekend

We visited this place during the 2nd day of our visit.  It was an interesting menu as it included fried alligator, crawfish & italian.  My colleagues ordered blackened tilapia over pasta, and they enjoyed it.  I ordered the fried shrimp platter with fries and sweet tea.  The sweet tea was crappy so I asked for root beer.  It was disgusting also so I took only a couple sips.  The shrimp had a strange aftertaste so I only ate 3 - 4.  I left so much on my plate that the kitchen asked the waiter to inquire what was wrong with the food.  I just said I was watching my figure...I didn't want to be rude and said I thought the lunch was disgusting including the soda.

On top of that, they have a black commode in the bathroom, and unless you thoroughly clean the toilet, you should not have a black toilet!  I don't plan on visiting Magnolia anytime soon, but if I do, I definitely won't go to this place.
