Cancun Mexican Restaurant

Eat here at least once a week.  They don't skimp on guacamole or,sour cream.  Lots off different fajitas to try. Lots of folks like their fajita nachos.   Tacos el carbon are excellent.   Nice friendly family

Cancun Mexican Restaurant really blew it this evening. I'm out of town working and this was my 3rd trip in 3 weeks. The 1st week the service was OK and the food was decent, the 2nd week the service was decent and the food was OK, this evening the service was poor and the food was worse. The pork in the Burrito Mexicanos was so burnt that I couldn't eat it. The salsa was so bland that all I could taste was the tomato sauce. It's a shame that they are so inconsistent because I'll be in town most of the winter and will probably not give them another chance.

Came here with some family members while visiting. Service during my visit was excellent, but a local family member said that was unusual. Still, no complaints on service for my trip.

Two of six of us liked our food. Two complained of queazy stomaches later and had some... er, issues. The rest were unimpressed.

My carne guisada was actually very tasty, but the meat was wimpy and a little tough.  I'm used to chunkier, more tender meat in my carne guisada. The gravy was very good though, which is half the dish. ;-)

I would be willing to give them a second chance, but I'm not currently able to recommend Cancun Mexican Restaurant.
