  The food is good. A little different for Clanton, but the food borders on the odd for this area. EXPENSIVE (IMHO) for what you get. And the staff is a little pushy and stingy with answers about the menu. Always feel a little rushed at the counter ordering. Owner is too brusque to make the customer comfortable. I think it might be different if you know exactly what you want and how to order, but still...

  reasonably priced.  The owners are from New Orleans area.  They have real beneights, shrimp creole, shrimp PO boys and red beans and rice.
