I felt it necessary to let you know of my experience at the Centerville, Ohio location tonight.  Typically my family and I go to this location about two times a week and really enjoy ourselves.  However, tonight is a different story all together.  The service unlike every other time was horrible.  Parts of our order were wrong and to get it corrected it took way to long.  Secondly we always bring our children and to through an entire meal without getting refills for them or for anyone else in my party is unacceptable, however, the server did ask if I need another beer.  She was to kind on that knowing she had not offered anyone else at my table anything.  The last thing I would like to mention is I ordered your prime rib sandwich and was totally disappointed with it.  First false advertising on the menu is not a good thing to do.  My so called prime rib was more like shred roast be at its worst.  It took a total of three attempts to get the server to understand that I was not satisfied or going to eat my meal.  Needless to say I did not eat at this location tonight.  Nor did two other people in my party as they said their meals were not what they were used to getting here.  I'm not excepting anything for this however I do feel that someone should let you know this is by far the worst experience I and others in my family has had.  We have eaten there more times than I can count and I'm not sure if we will be returning for future visits.  Very disappointing and truly uncalled for as it relates to service and quality of the food which we received.

The food that both my friend and I ordered was totally flavorless and luke warm. It was literally the worst meal I have had in years and probably the worst restaurant I have been to in my life.

I should had figured as much since the place had no one else in it under the age of 70 (taste buds begin to go as you get older).

It is always hard to review a chain restaurant. If you are with your friends going to watch a game and drink some beer, you will enjoy yourself. There are some other places that have better drink specials for watching the game if you are wanting to save some money.

The food is okay for a sports bar. You will find your standard fried and fatty foods here, but not much in the way of health and light. If you like to eat health foods, don't go here. If you want to pig out, stop by.
