Benny's Tybee Tavern

Great dive bar.  We stopped in for a quick lunch and our server recommended the fried chicken.  Hot damn that was some great chicken.  We had it with some of their homemade hot sauce on the side (so good!  we wished they would bottle it) and fried zucchini.  Yum.

Okay, I have to admit that I went back to Benny's many times since the last update. The mean bartender (Lulu is her name) isn't around as much. Every other bartender has been great. The karaoke is fun. However, if you don't like smoke, don't go! They really need to do something about that.

I really wish I could write a review on this place however my mother always said that if you do not have anything nice to say about something then don't say it  : [  soooo..........grrrr  -1    ~~ I'm just sayin * ; |
