Have eaten at Big Earl's a couple times and it is just a unappealing nasty tasting the catfish is greasy as is the shrimp and frozen with a freezer burn taste. There food is frozen crap...very unappealing and not in the lest bit comfort or country fare. The wait staff rude and all the noise from this big blow hard Earl is down right annoying. Over priced, uncleanly also. The table top had a greasy film on it. My family will not be returning to this restaurant. I will continue to go to Longview, Tyler or Shreveport to a real restaurant or visit the other restaurants in Pittsburg, Texas who actually have a real restaurant atmosphere and quality food.
