Blake's Buffet

It's really hurts me to read 2011/2012 reviews for Stacy's.
I used to work there  from 2004 to 2008, when place was run by Wilma Duff, a great owner and excellent manager. We had a nice team back then. I am Russian, and not very fond of American food, but American customers loved the buffet. The food was always fresh and well-prepared. After the Russian employees left the restaurant right after Wilma gave up the business, everything went down. It's pitty to say that, but I think the "Stacy's," will never again be as it was 10 years ago.

This place has changed names several times. A new name doesn't make the food better. A decent variety of food offered but most of it very bland. Price is okay for what you get. Overall a so-so place.

This place no longer goes by Blake's buffet...the sign out front says "Duff's Buffet" and the uniforms say "Stacey's Buffet" but in summation...this place flat out sucks.
Took Mom here on Mother's Day, and according to her it used to be really really good.

To begin with, I'm not a huge fan of buffets, I don't like people sticking their hands in my food. The only meats they had out was ham, but lasagna was available as well, in addition to the usual side items (mashed potatoes, rolls, macaroni and cheese, etc) and these were flavorless and lukewarm at best.

The service was okay, and that's probably the only highlight of this review. For the price that I paid, I rather would have went to Golden Corral, at least they have steak there as well as a bigger selection.

I will not be returning to Duff's, Stacey's, or whatever the hell it's called.
