Really nice people, burgers made fresh to order, and fresh seasoned skinny fries. Tasty! I was sick of all the chain fast food and craving a burger, we stop here and must say this is a good burger. They will make it however you want. They have all kinds of fixings. They do breakfast and will put it on top of a burger too! Mmm eggs and hashbrowns on a big juicy burger. Make up your own.

Lotaburger is a New Mexico institution, and it had been a good 15 years since I  last had one. Too damn long ago, people. The green chile cheeseburger is to freaking die for!  On a long road trip, it's nice to be able to get away from the usual national chains and have some food that has real local flavor. You don't get a burger like this outside of the Land of Enchantment! It's worth a small detour to get one - trust me!
