Blaze & Babes

First I'll address the last review. Don't review a place you have never been to, the Archbold location quite obviously is not in Pioneer. Different locations can have different issues and entirely different menus or atmospheres.

Anyway, this is a pickup/delivery only location. Right on the North end up Pioneer, about 1/2 mile from another pizza joint. I actually only stopped here because the other pizza place didn't want to greet us or anything. The pizza was surprisingly good, granted I don't expect much from small-town pizza places. We enjoyed the simplist form, plain cheese and it was great. Nice soft crust, adequate cheese and sauce. The employee we dealt with greeted us instantly and was very friendly.

This was by first experience with Blaze and Babes and likely will not be my last.

We went to the restaurant in Archbold the atmosphere was fun and light with many different college games on the TV's. The service was slow and they seemed to be working out the kinks in the kitchen as well as the computer. The food was average but it is the only place in Archbold you can get pizza and a beer. I think it's always fun to try something new but I'm not planning on going back anytime soon.
