Overall, technique seems good, but missing the mark on flavor, and thus overpriced. Lacking in good flavor combinations, seasoning, and food pairings. Just didn't taste good. I ordered the filet mignon, which was actually cooked perfectly, but the tarragon cream sauce did not taste good paired with the filet, the potatoes unsalted, and the salmon cake almost unpalatable, and dry. The seared scallops where prepared perfectly, but the pairing with orange and cucumber...again, not a cohesive tasty combination. The fondue appetizer was okay, the cheese sauce was good, but the bread, etc. did not seem fresh.
Left feeling unsatisfied, not worth the cost.
